Joyce after serving in the military for 8 1/2 years on active duty decided to pursue her passion in helping others feel confident about the skin they were in and decided to become a Licensed Esthetician. Joyce fell in love with the industry and in 2007 proudly opened up The Brow Parlour. Through the years she has continued her education and has since become a Certified Clinical Esthetician, The first Certified Oncology Esthetician in the state of Oklahoma, Certified Medical Micropigmentologist, and is now a Licensed Esthetics Instructor. She is absolutely excited to be a part of The Paseo Arts Community, and looks forward working closely with the other wonderful businesses in this beautiful district.
