Join printmaker and local artist, Virginia Sitzes, for this hands-on, creative session that will explore alternative printmaking techniques without the need for a press! Using Gelli plates, stencils, and a variety of found objects, you will explore composition, color, pattern and texture. This is a very playful technique which allows for lots of creativity and fun experimentation! Each attendee can expect to learn the necessary skills to be able to take this process beyond the classroom and into their homes.
