Join us in welcoming Oklahoma author, Kent Frates! Frates has published his latest book, A Dubious Collection, featuring artwork by G. Patrick Riley. Select illustrations from the book are currently being displayed at the Paseo Arts & Creativity Center. Frates will be signing copies at the PACC on Dec. 17 from 3-5pm.
