After several years of significant growth in their four annual juried exhibitions and witnessing the impact they’ve had on the artists that enter and participate, the PAA hosts their second annual March Show.
It’s an all-medium visual exhibit centered around the theme Home. The theme, chosen by Program Manager, Theresa Hultberg, was up to artist interpretation, resulting in a variety of submissions with colorful subjects and interesting concepts. All of the artwork in this year’s show was juried by Paseo Artist of the Year Awardee (2019) Denise Duong.
Duong is a Vietnamese American artist and muralist from Oklahoma City whose work is heavily impacted on her wanderlust spirit intrigued of what is beyond boundaries, state lines, oceans, skies and emotions. Awards will be presented at 7pm on Friday, March 4, during the opening reception.
This exhibition is on display at 3024 Paseo, in Gallery II of the Paseo Arts and Creativity Center.
